New recycling booking system in Norfolk

Liberal Democrats are sceptical that this will improve the customer experience and actually save money. Leader of the Lib Dems on Norfolk County Council, Cllr Brian Watkins said, “We will ask for a review of the new scheme after 6 months of operation to check that the savings and improvements have occurred, whilst there has not been an increase in fly-tipping”.

The scheme is starting on 18th November, and the public will be able to book their 15 minute slot from 11th November, 7 days in advance, and select the date, time and recycling centre.
