Paid internship with Norwich Lib Dems

Norwich South Liberal Democrats are looking for an intern to help support our administration and campaigns in order to elect Liberal Democrat Councillors in Norwich. Applicants must be sympathetic to the Liberal Democrat party.

This role as Council Group Intern will see you supporting councillors and the Group Leader of Norwich Liberal Democrats. It will be a welcome addition to your CV and build a wide range of skills and experiences that will be valuable to your future.

It is anticipated that our intern would join us in mid-February, working their hours split across a number of days (to suit), continuing in the role until 6 May 2016.

Activities will range from diary management, data entry, data analysis, policy research and analysis, promoting campaigns, media briefing, social media and attending some council meetings.

Candidates should have good IT, communication and organisational skills and clear written English.

Salary: £8.25 per hour (Living Wage), 8 hours per week

Location: Norwich

Closing Date: 3 February 2016
